YAYAYAY DAPAT F21!

Yayayay! The big package (more like a TV-sized cardboard box) of items from Forever21 arrived yesterday morning! The box was so heavy that the delivery lady had to ask help from Hazman to carry it up the stairs into the house. Must be all those boots.

The quality is extremely good for dirt cheap prices! Honestly I'm not joking. The $9 jeans, the $11 winter jacket, the $23 Balmain-inspired military jackets (my housemates' stuff) -- all with superb quality stitching, material and cut. I got three items for RM120 (plus extra RM30 for shipping) -- a large slingbag, sequinned wallet and a tie-dye blazer! You can't get prices like that at Malaysia's F21. In fact I've never bought any F21 clothes in Msia -- too expensive. Definitely gonna order some more, hahah.

Shopping haven

Yes! My first purchase with my credit card is a beautiful turqouise maxi dress! (okay fine, actually my real first purchase was my dermatologist prescription) Hopefully my mom will overlook that small rm71 when she checks the bill next month... hmmm.... er, maybe I'll pay her back once I get my salary.

Whatevs! I'm so wearing that maxi dress when I get the chance!

Anyways, I saw this really beautiful top from Cats Whiskers.... suddenly menyesal lak beli the maxi dress. I even tried it on -- it makes my legs look longer! Shit! It's a miracle! Dahlah warna turquoise and checkered pulak tu.... my hands were reaching for my credit card but thankfully my legs were on its way out of the store. Hehe... that was close. Have to work on my self-control.

It's like this, only in turquoise. And has a nicer cut. Yup, I think turquoise is my new fav colour.

Okay bye my bus to JB is in half an hour! Cya!

Finally, time to relax!

Maan, I am so in love with the Curve's bazaar.

I'm a pants/jeans kind of girl, but looking at the pretty dresses just makes me wanna wear them. (Even though the last five dresses I bought have never left the closet or seen the daylight after that.... I don't even know why I bother really)

Anyways, hung out with Maz and Jo today =)

Magikband(sp?) performing =) I love their songs

I got cropped out. Oops.

Btw, thanks Maz for the foam wash! I love it!

My new pink sunnies. Heheh. (Syima, ignore the fact that it looks identical to my F21 pink sunnies yang I beli last sem... lalala~~)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyways. I think I'm obsessed with this jacket. Lawa gle kkkkkkk.

I sukaaaaaaaaaaaa

Okay fine I want the acid wash skinny jeans too, tapi I could only fit size L and I don't want to be reminded all the time that my legs are size L...

A closer look at the jacket. C'mon, it's gorgeous ain't it? Sighhhh~~

What I did today

- Watched College Humor's videos on Youtube until 6am

- Went back to UITM with my dad and printed out my final draft to my lecturer at Double A.

- Settled the OMR I-Learn thingy. The person in charge called me up to say they fixed the problem. Phew!

- Settled my course registration problem at the office (pheeew! And besides, it wasn't a problem at all in the first place. Chuak je lebih)

- Passed up my final draft to En Jeff.

- Slept

- Went out with Syima, Pitto and her roommates, Fatin and Kimah. Bought a pair of red rayban-ish sunnies (LOVE IT), the perfect grey skinnies and a RM15 cardigan.

- I tried on calf-high boots for the first time.... and I ended up having a cramp on my right leg because I was forcing my 37-sized feet into a 35-sized boot. Bodoh. Haha.

- Balik.

- Editing my research paper format right now -- going to bind it into a book tommorow.

'I ♥ tokyo' t-shirt

I'm soooo getting this.

Sweeeeeet

Yes Maz. You have sobered me in your New Year's list. So I won't rave about the booties anymore....

Instead, I bought this at Sungei Wang yesterday and am still happy about it!!!

Check Cropped Bomber Jacket

It's only RM50! Ah... I love bargains. =3

A change of colour

When I buy bright colours, I tend to gravitate towards red, yellow, orange and the hues in between. I used to buy ONLY pink stuff, but recently expanded to reds and yellows.

So this time, I think I should expand my palette more than that. I used to buy baby blue/lavender colours, so now I'm trying out bright green and (ugh)electric blue.

Anyways, I was shopping alone just now, and I got so irritated at this store's owner. I wanted a 'beach' dress/top/whatever, you know; cottony, light and white. But she kept on forcing me with dresses, and I tried them all out because nak jaga hati dier. And they all ended up being inappropriate for the beach.

So when I finally refused, she got all emo and retorted, "takde cutting and material u nak, balik saje la!". What the hell? Treating a customer like this. Not everyone that enters your shop are obliged to buy it. If they want to try on the clothes and not buy, it's their own right. Pastu nak maki orang sbb x beli baju dier. Come on la! Maybe sebab baju u memang TAK CANTIK pun. Sheesh.

I admit, I dah tiga kali masuk kedai tu, try on stuff and not buy. Maybe she recognized me. Tapi, whenever I go to her shop, I would have visited the other shops around it too, and I would ALWAYS buy something. It's not like I don't have money or anything. It's just that I don't buy stuff there, coz nothing strikes my fancy. Kedai Little Black Book sebelah yours tu lagi lawa la baju dorang. Everytime I pegi, mesti beli punya. U fikir I masuk kedai u tu, saje2 ke?

U tau x, I have bought a lot of your clothes, just not in the main shop. I beli kat Pyramid and OU. Betcha you didn't know that right? I x beli at your main shop sbb perangai mcm SIAL.

Ooh when I get angry I end up writing in Malay... let's stop for now.

I did buy something during that shopping trip, fortunately (and not at that store, DUHH). I love Little Black Book. They're so reliable, and stocks clothes exactly according to my tastes. And I got the 'cottony, light and white' beach top that I wanted!

Blogger sucks

I've been trying to access blogger all night last yesterday -- grr! Or maybe it's just that UITM's internet connection sucks.

Remember this dress that I bought at Rainbowmallows?

When I got home, the package was waiting for me on the bed! Wheeeeee! It really is as gorgeous as the picture above. I love you, Joanne! XD

Now... all that's left is my pink cardigan and a tote bag... hmmm.

Online shopping is so much fun! I'm suddenly reminded of Becky from the Shopaholic series -- when she went crazy buying random stuff from E-bay and got addicted to it. Now I know how she felt at that time haha. I just hope I don't end up with tons of bills to pay like her.

Oh and... anyways, will be a bit busy for the rest of the week -- got submission! Won't be blogging much (I think).

OH! And.... Bakuman is a great manga. Read it read it read it read it read it drawn by Deathnote's authors -- the artwork's amazing, and it has a nice plot too.

T.O.D.A.Y

I don't believe it! It's been years since I've stepped into SKBD... the last time was probably when I graduated =/

A lot of things have changed, but then again, it still looks the same. I remember all my favourite hang-out spots -- I remember the classes -- I remember the Music room behind the school hall.

SKBD used to be the best elementary school back in the 90s... especially with my abang's batch. For 10 years we dominated the rankings -- having a 50% and above success rate of students getting 5As for UPSR. After I left, I lost contact with anything to do with the school (haha, traitor), so I don't know what happened after that.

The only reason why I came was to support Zaim in his interclass futsal competition. My parents, me and my abang came along to annoy the hell of out the poor kid. Teehee.

Zaim's team is the one in yellow

I finally received some of my parcels from Pos Laju! The gladiators I bought were just -- WOW. Utterly WOW. The checkered pinafore was okay, but not what exactly what I imagined it to look like on me. The red cardigan arrived yesterday, and it is total love. Overall I'm not regretting these buys -- they're all top condition and of the highest quality.

And anyways, me and Syima visited Bijou Bazaar today. Fulamakkkkk all the store owners were HOTTTTT! Chun and gorgeous and stylish and -- you get the point. I was too busy staring at them, feeling extremely inferior. Actually it's not that of a big surprise, since they must have the confidence and skills to start up a boutique.

Well, gotta go now. Have to get ready for Ayu's open house in KJ! Whee~~

Oh no

I... just bought another cardigan. Pink.

I didn't know what I was doing.... I just... blanked out and... the deed was done.

It's starting to sink in now.

Now

Now

Now

Now.

SOMEONE SLAP ME WITH A RUBBER DUCK PLEASE?

Stop buyingggggg stuff!!!

Eating my words

You know how they say hate and love is on the same side of a coin? (or samething like that)

Everytime I publicly declare that I don't like something, I always end up being attracted to it. It's like punishment for being too arrogant.

Anyways, remember a few posts back where I said that I don't really like gladiators and pinafores?

I bought this:

....FOOT. IN. MOUTH.

(To justify myself, the ones that I bought are different than the typical glads and pinafores that I see around town)
